Poppy Passion Cupcakes
Poppy cupcakes
Materials
130g flour
20g corn flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
150g sugar
5 large eggs, separated whites yolk
Water 80g
70g vegetable oil
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp poppy seeds
How do
Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt.
5 egg yolks mixed with water, oil, sifted flour and mix well, set aside.
For five whites, sugar, cream of tartar in a bowl the other hand, electric mixer, beat egg beaten hard (stiff peak)
Take 1/3 egg white mixture, mix into yolk mixture.
Pour mixture back into place just mix the remaining egg whites, mix well.
Add poppy seeds and mix.
For cotton flour bag caught cream, squeeze into the paper cup.
Bake 170 degrees for about 20-slot between 25p to yellow when cooked.
