Logo caramel:

* 100g sugar
* 90 ml water
* 20 ml lemon juice

A. Prepare a candle to the paper, spread out tray.
Two. Boil sugar, water, lemon juice on the stove to medium heat. Street will begin in tan and turn into. The mixture was heat to boiling until the syrup turns viscous and break off.
3. Quick off the stove and pour the mixture on the paper candles
4. As the caramel has hardened, gently removed from the stencil.
Five. Break into pieces decorated as you like

thanks you so much for this recipe, I find it forever, so that you do in the old fine dining restaurant, the chef, uses the color beautifully decorated, but busy so I do not have time to learn :)
