Materials

Poolish
350g flour
350g water
1/4tsp dried yeast blooms (active dry yeast)

Dough:
420g flour
100g water
10g salt
5g dried yeast blooms (active dry yeast)

Method:

Poolish
For wheat flour, water, yeast bloom into bowl, mix flour mixture until uniform.
Use plastic food wrap sealed bowl to mouth
Place in refrigerator overnight for baking powder

Dough:
Remove bowl from refrigerator Poolish, open plastic, about 1 hour for the dough to cool off.

Oh for f e Kiwi bread that asked how much it bloom at approximately twice the size of e seen people selling bread out 5-6 times for it, how to make it fresh so her cake. hicc

Kiwi Oh, I do not succeed bread. Kiwi answer a few questions to help you with:

Sister asked me: for any kind of bread (baguette, pizza, bun, ...), then we need to beat dough (like a video # 9) so she? I only occasionally bun dough, not only beating, not that affect her quality?
